If you click on "Didn't Get Code" is there an option to send to your email? If not, you can reach out to a CS Agent to resolve it.

so, you activated a new line with a new account but cannot get the 2FA code?
can you receive and make calls ? mobile data works?
i am not sure if the sim was properly setup on the system. You need to ask PM support agent to check
