@Vernice  - you're right..I would let customer support know if it has gone beyond 10 business days.

 

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

If you do not have a current account with Public Mobile yet, use the 2nd method in the above link to contact CSA via private message.

The wait time is increasingly longer it seems, you still may be waiting another 2 weeks from now. Going forward you may want alternatives like in store or a place like Canadian Cell Supplies as not only is it cheaper (currently $5) but much quicker too

Hi @Vernice do you need the SIM card quickly for activation?  Go to a store and activate there, they will usually give you the sim card for free 

@Vernice yes I wish they would change that it's a bit of an unrealistic timeline for delivery 

Hi @Vernice , delivery time varies.  If you are in Toronto, you can receive within 5 days.  But we got many confirmation that it actually took 3 full weeks.  It's definitely a hold up on the PM side

@Vernice hi unfortunatly it can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery hang in there
