My Plan was originally 15 per month minus $2 for auto pay since 2019 but for past few months I have been charged $18 + tax I dont know when this was changed Please give me an explanation

Public mobile sent text message to affected customers on September 25 for the price increase starting on October 30.  You may not have received that text.  

You might want to check in your self service account. There should be a $18/month plan with 1GB data.  You could schedule a plan change for this "targeted" plan at next plan renewal.

Back in Sept '25, Public Mobile bumped up the cost of the $15 plans to $18 plus taxes. 

No more $2 Autopay...just Points now. Now you must log in to your account to see your Points and as long as you have enough Points you can redeem 20 Points toward next plan renewal.
