If the extra amount is not showing in your Available Funds, but showing on your credit card transactions, perhaps the extra charge is a PENDING credit card transaction, that will fall away once the transactions fully authorize.
But, if you do see the extra funds in your Available Funds area, than yes, it is usually suggested to leave this balance and it will just be used first on your next renewal. As requesting a refund could take longer.
If this was an actual Authorized duplicate charge for some unknown reason though, I would inquire with the Moderators about it.

@nadiaali11 Can you share a screenshot of transactions from your Self-service? Perhaps, first charge there shows 30-day plan, and second one is minutes.

As mimmo indicated a little more info would be helpful or a screenshot of your payment history with your personal info removed.
But if the extra charge is sitting in your balance then as @softech mentioned just leave it it to pay for your next renewal however you may still want to open a support ticket with the moderators if autopay charged you twice to make sure it doesn't do it again down the road.

@nadiaali11 twice on same day? Twice once at beginning and end of month?
Did you make a plan change?
Were you trying to make a manual payment? Does the extra charge show as available funds in self serve?
Do you possibly have another pm account that is tied to your credit card?

@nadiaali11 , did you try to manually added fund?
If you go to My Account, do you see some amount on Available Fund? or is Available Fund still showing $0?
if you go to My Account->Transaction History , do you see 2 different entries to confirm the double charges?
If you see the extra charge appear as Available Fund, then no worry, the money is there. It could stay there for your next month renewal if you want. Or of course, you can open a ticket with Mod to try to get the refund back, but it could take a week or two.
