few months ago wanted to change my plan i was charge twice and i hopped that will be credit it to the next bill and never did. is there away to fix this or just change my cell phone provider

you got charged "twice" just because you used the wrong choice of plan change. You have used "Change Now", which let PM to change to the new plan immediately. You should have leftover days on your old plan but PM is a prepaid provider, so it won't refund you the unused days.
How many days into the cycle you made the change?
