@G-Rob @Lolo_1234 @Chalupa_Batman
How ever if your on old rewards saving $7 every 30 days you can still get the 60GB for $40 and with your $7 off that’s $33 $1 better then the new activation plan 50GB for $34 with 10GB extra data to enjoy ,so your still comming out ahead of the new activation plan does

Probably not worth it if they are on the old reward system... In that case if it were me I would wait for the next promos...
Old rewards system has no relevance in changing plans.
I does if they choose to do as @Handy1 suggested if they really really wanted a new plan and opened a new account and ported out and in again.

What you do is this, go into your mailbox, beside the word inbox is an arrow down. Click that and go to sent folder. Find the one from last Friday and ask for an update as you've been waiting for a reply.

@G-Rob unfortunately there for new activations only some have confirmed getting it buy asking support . But hate to say with plans ending today most likely gone by tomorrow morning and support agents hours 9am-10PM EST your not likely to get in contact with them in time . If your really want a plan there and on the new points system you could consider creating a new account with new email and take a new number or you would have to port your number out to new carrier and port back in on newly created account . Be the only way to guarantee the plan .

I think it's too late to contact CS agent, they are close for the day and probably won't be able to upgrade plans tomorrow since promo plans will not be available anymore... 😞

Hey @G-Rob
If there are plans you see and it states, NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY or something like that, don't worry.
Now, with this being said, you will see that most plans are for new customers. However, if you like one of those plans and you are willing to upgrade, not downgrade, you can reach out to a CS Agent and nicely request to be "upgraded" to this plan. Also note, if they do say yes, you WILL lose anything you've paid for this cycle and the new plan/cycle will start right away.

I can personally confirm I upgraded to a plan that's for new customers only. Just be nice to them.
I upgraded from the $25 5GB 3G plan to the $29 30GB 4G plan.

Which plan would you like to change to? Keep in mind that you can only change to plans that do not say “Available for new activations only.”.
Bare in mind that if you are respectful and courteous a CS agent might change you to a plan that’s for new customers only. If they do, they will only upgrade your plan not downgrade (cannot go from $40 to $29 for example).
