I changed my plan and autopay

 

its all paid up now when does my phone come back online

We can change plan while suspended. The service won't work until paid of course.

If you change plan immediately, your new plan should be active right away.

If you schedule plan change on your next renewal date, when is your next renewal date?

Check you account again to determine what you did?

If your account was suspended, you cannot change plan while suspended.  You need to pay the old plan and click the reactivate your plan link to get your phone working.

 

PM plans are prepaid plans.  Therefore, there is no refund of unused days if you change plan early.  It is better to schedule plan change on your next renewal date.

@toddpictou  Try resetting your network and restarting your phone. Stay safe.

I believe you are an existing customer who had an  payment failure resulting in suspended service.  what are your available funds? what is your account status?

if you were in suspended state and tried changing plans without enough funds to cover teh plan cost that could have caused problems. 

 

as you can see som additional details are needed to better direct you to the best route to take.

@toddpictou  As others have already mentioned it should be immediate. Dial *611 from your device is you account active? If not, and you re-activated your plan try the following to get plan re-activated again. (Just keep going down the list)

 

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Lost/Stolen trick 
    lst.png

    wait a couple of minutes and then declare your phone found by using the same steps from above and restart your phone.

  3. Add $1 to your account funds

If none of the above methods work submit a ticket to the Moderator Team for help.

Changed from a previous carrier? Changed on your renewal? Changed immediately?

What is your account status? Do you have more than enough in your Available Funds or is it mostly empty?

Maybe restart the phone.
