No I dont have the old one. That's been lost that why Im trying to put in a new sim. I was finally able to submit a ticket and it said mod will contact me. Thanks for helping out.

is your service still active on the old sim?
you need to keep the old sim in the device because pm will send you text messages and codes to confirm your identity

After you opened the ticket, check the Community Inbox (envelope icon on the top right corner)
