I have changed my plan do I have to cancel my old plan

If you switch to a new plan and clicked to switch on your Next Renewal Date. It will automatically switch after the old plan has expired. You can login to your account and it will show the new plan you picked and when it will start.

If you clicked on NOW then it switched right away but you will be paying for the old plan plus the new plan.

Just to clarify.  You have changed to a different Public Moblle plan.   If you did, you will be charged the new plan rate going forward.
