Hi, I just changed my phone number by selecting a new number in the setup of my account, but afterwards it can not make outgoing calls, neither can it receive any incoming calls, just keep saying like '6uc1/2/3 number not in service', what is happening to my accout?Can anyone give me a hand? Many thanks!

Your account may not been provisioned correctly.
Adding $1 to your account may trigger PM server to provision your account again.

Try lost phone trick. Beware you could potentially lose any rewards.
Just follow these steps:
Wait 5 minutes then resume service.
If You Find Your Phone:
Hooray! Simply follow the same steps below to resume your service.

@flytofreeland if the above fails try the lost/ stolen trick. From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.

@flytofreeland Restart your phone and test again. If it's still not allowing you to make a call put your phone in airplane mode for 5 minutes and try again.

Try restarting your phone. Try adding $1 payment. This might fix this Public Mobile bug.
