referred a friend about a week ago and still have not recieved the cha-ching text

your friend got the $10 credit yet?

for Friend referral, the one who used the code need to open the ticket to ask PM to check for both referrer and referee's account.  Ask your friend to open ticket with PM using Chatbot

Cha-Ching text is hit of miss, not reliable

two things to check: ask your friend to login My Account to see if he has the $10 showing as Available funds, if he does, you are good

or you can check your My Account, go to Referral and you should see the chart showing you have one extra friend this month

if you need PM to check, you need to ask your friend to open ticket with PM support agent and ask for both of you, he will have to submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

I never get that Chick Ching text anymore. It hasn't worked in over a year. Just log into your account and see if it's there.

Bottom right...  it won't show who it is, it just shows the last one you got.

To confirm you did receive credit, you can reach a CS Agent.
