cell data not working

Hello I'm on canada , usa & mexico plan my cell data is not working now that i'm in mexico. I tried all the fixes on my iPhone 13 data roaming is on. What can you do to get it working .This phone worked last spring in mexico.

It shows Tecel as the carrier, but gives me no access to data and can't call out on the phone.

Make sure you're roaming is turned on

make sure you enabled the Roaming Mobile data.

And these are PM's roaming partners in Mexico.  Change the network to manual and try each of them:
ALTAN, AT&T, AT&T Nextel, Telcel, Telefonica

Disable automatic network selection and manually choose whichever one works best for you
