just did that. so my phone number i selected is on my phone and my sim card number seems to be registered because if i try to start the process again it wont let me use that sim card number. however the phone cant send or receive calls and i cannot login to my account that was supposed to have been created.

theres nothing to try, the account didnt get created somehow but now it wont let me activate the sim card number so that part must have went through.

Did you get any error codes at all, you only attempted once and got charged and didn't keep trying because you didn't see it active? Sometimes there is a glitch where ppl didn't think it went through and try a few times and get charged multiple times but I haven't seen that in the community in awhile.

@shawnharris4343   did you try to take the sim card out and re-insert into the phone again,?  or try on another phone?

do you get a message "SIM not provisioned" , "No network", "no Sim"?

it could be just a sim provisioning error, please open ticket with PM support and they should be able to resolve it quickly
