cant sign in my self serve account,unable to access my account, i click on forget password, and come out account cancelled,i got the line pay every month from my credit card in automatic,if i try to make new account, come out you already have an account, please help me to go in my self serve account, ont. canada

First please click the 3 dots on right side of your post and edit the post to delete your personal information (phone number)..as it's visible for the public to see.

Why can't you add the funds to your account ? Can't you login? Etc

now when i sign in coming out you been locked for to many attemps call public mobile for help, where suppost call for help?im still can sign in my self serve, bye bye for now
