i have lost my sim card, therefore i can't receive any code through calls or messages,
also the email address associated to the account is currently inactive, so i can't receive e-mails either.
how can i get my account back ??

Only way to contact a CS_Agent is to click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent to help you access your account once credentials are confirmed.
