cant login im trying to swap sims cause i activated on the wrong phone

i cant login whenver i try and i give the verf code it takes me back to the same page over and over and on my phone it just says error

It does not matter which phone the SIM card is in.  The SIM card does not need to be in the phone being used to log in using the app.  Also, the SIM card does not even need to be in any phone to be able to log in.

It doesn’t matter which phone you use to login as long as you use the correct email ID and password and the SIM in the correct phone.

Try login on the PM app and click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2 FA code sent to your email.

If you are still having issues login. Click on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.

More details would be helpful. 

Are you an existing customer and you are trying to move eSIM to a different phone?  If so, you need to download the PM app on your new phone and login into app and purchase eSIM.  This should install new eSIM on your new phone.
