@mlesiv no, it is not a plan change. So, you loaded $15 there and account showing Active now?
try reseat the sim card and see how it goes, if issue persists, please open ticket with PM support for them to check:

Thank you! Text is working. Account status active. I've already rebooted my phone once. No plan change lately. I buy $15 cards every month. I missed one payment and my account got deactivated but it was activated again after had paid for another card. Is this considered a plan change? In any case, I am going to reset my sim card. Thanks again

login to My Account and check if Account status shows Active or Suspended
Reboot your phone once.
If still fails, try to reseat your sim card. Power off, take sim card out for a minute, then out it back and power up
Also, did you schedule any plan change on renewal lately??

Did you recently request a plan change? There has been something odd happening over the last few days to customers have who have changed the plans causing service not to work properly.
