can't log in after changing to new email address, want to make sure I'm on auto pay, payment date is tomorrow

Might be a little late for your issue here, but you would be required to have access to the original email i believe. Id recommend using the chatbot or getting in contact with your email provider to get access to your account.

Clear your cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser then click on Reset Password.
If you still having issues to login, contact a CS_Agent or meanwhile purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter Voucher PIN.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
or call *611 you will see if you are on autopayment.
