cannot log in to change payment method

Hi we had changed email providers and have to update email address so that we can access account.  We have to make an eversafe account but cannot. Please advise?

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there        

But if your payment date is fast approaching or service expired already,  you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
(you can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com)
