cannot log in to change payment method

Hi we had changed email providers and have to update email address so that we can access account. We have to make an eversafe account but cannot. Please advise?

sim has been registered but wont work. PM wants to send a code to the phone to complete registration but phone wont work

We have tried this but to gain full access PM wants to send us a six digit to the phone number, which is not active

Yes we tried this. The phone had a PM sim in it and worked up until my wife upgraded
