Good afternoon all,
I tried to register my relative using eSim. We could not complete the registration, because her AppStore is set to a European region and the PM app is not available there.
My card was already charged.
Can I reverse the charges? Or can I switch the account from eSim to a regular sim card?

Try different browser for internet on the phone.

Use your phone instead with the app. You don't need the esim in your phone.

One more issue. The account is sort of stuck now.
When I log in it prompts me to either to (1) complete registration or (2) go to login page,
no matter what I choose it throws me back to the login page where I have to enter the credentials again
