When I tried logging in, A CS_Agent said:
“We are aware that there are issues with the website and the access to the self-serve profile.
That is due to the launch of the new plans.
The Tech Team is aware of the issue.
I suggest that you wait until tomorrow and try again.
At the moment, the website has issues due to a high volume of users.
I hope that tomorrow the website is running properly.”
Edit: As soon as I am able to successfully load the My Account website & Public Mobile app I will tag you to let you know.

@unhappy2222 not a good time today as everyone is busy with activating new plans.If you are not in a rush, wait till Monday.
If you are, and you know the 4 digits pin, call *611 and disable Autopay there

Same issue here, you just have to wait since the site is loaded with people trying to change plans.

Everything is freezing and taking a long time to load or even freeze up. It's Black Friday and it's causing the systems to freeze. Try again later tonight or tomorrow morning when there is less traffic.
