I was creating a public mobile account and i realized that i couldn't complete it because my account number for my old phone number that i wish to transfer to public mobile isn't working, The problem is that i already payed for my subscription i just needed to pick a phone number or chose one and now i cand cancel the payment. HOW DO I CANCEL THE PAYMENT ?

Public Mobile's policies state no refunds. While exceptions are sometimes made, Public Mobile would still be able to provide service on a new phone number. All plan sales are final.
