Hello

I tried to become a client in December but was unsuccessful. But somehow I am being hcarged for a service I am not using.  I am still with my old cell company but I am being charged by Public Mobile sinve January 2024. I am not a client.  I would appreciate being reimbursed my payments since January 2024.

I am charged 15.70$ every month.  So I am owed 94.20$

so, you have been paying for half a year and finally found out?

PM is prepaid provider and you need to take care of cancellation.  i hope you can still get the money back.  But at least you need to stop the payment from here

try to login My Account, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and disabled "Subscribed"

to ask for money back,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

the activation setup autopay when you joined and will keep charging.  You should take action earlier.  Not sure if you can ask for all the money back

can you login My Account?  if you can , use the orange chatbot icon on the lower right to open ticket and ask

if not, just message them
