I need help. A week ago I signed up with public mobile and since then I can't receive any calls. How can this be fixed. It's urgent.

This seems to me as if you were porting a phone number from a different provider? If so, please send me the following info in a private message:
-Your Public Mobile SIM card #
-The phone number you're porting
-The account # with your old service provider
