i set up to auto-pay to my bill ,but for some reason, the transation didnt go though. Now my phone plan is locked. I try dial *611 to pay by pre-authorize payment method still no go. I called my visa company and they said there is no block for public mobile. And the other problem is i forgot my password. i try to reset it but i always got that reset e-mail 2 hours delay. so when i click in the link it said expire. i try get other ppl send me e-mail and its ok. in a word, i got stuck here. i cant log in my acc and i cant pay my bill. can someone help...thx a lot...
