can't change my plan

I'm trying to change my plan, I d'ont need data anymore. I tryed to make a change and pay for it, but the system still want the extra money for my old plan to reactivate my acount. I d'ont want to pay 50$ bucks anymore and just need a telephone line

is you rplan currently expired.  if yes you need a mod to change the  plan for you . just make sure you have enough funds added to cover the cost of the new plan.
