I just switched 2 days ago to the 30g can-mex-us plan and now I cant access mobile data. Ive reinserted the sim, tried airplane mode, and nothing seems to work. All my settings are the same. I see in the forums someone else had an issue like this too. Im using a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra.

Roaming is activated and everything is the same its been for my last 9 yrs with pm. Its so weird.

Does talk text work ? Make sure you have enabled Roaming in cellphone settings. See if you can select the better of AT&T, T-mobile or Movistar.

Try resetting the Network Setting on your phone and reboot your phone.

and no mobile data limit set on your phone?
