I transfered my account to Koodo recently. If I want to use PM for my parents for the data plan, can I give my previous SIM card to them? What should I do to reactivate the SIM card

Yup, you need a new sim card. You can either get it form Walamrt/Wow-mobile/K-mobile or from online.

i dont think so you have to get new sim card and if you go to walmart and active its free activation and you dont have to pay for sim card
