@Jonno1 Each account is separate which requires it's own SIM/phone # and different email. You can use email aliases for subsequent accounts so that all the emails go the main account.
For the tablet you can hotspot from one of the SIM accounts unless it supports a SIM card, although PM may not be the best option for your purposes and you might want to look at Telus or Koodo.
