bonus datas are gone

Hi there, I  have been a customer for more than 2 years. I have a total of 3 GB bonus data and 3 friend referral discounts. I didn't do anything special, but suddenly all of them are gone today. Please help

I lost one of my referral bonuses when a personal friend migrated her account from Rewards to Points. She was still with Public Mobile (for a few more months) but I no longer got her referral dollar and no longer saw her number listed among my other referrals.

I've lost other referrals since then - all of them, in fact - but not all of them are people I personally know so I don't know whether they've also taken the bribe to move from Rewards to Points or if they've properly left Public Mobile.

If the unused 3gb data & LD calling was part of the More is Merrier promo a couple years ago. It should rollover but if it was a recent Add-on purchase. It expires after 30 days.

@uny did you login to the Rewards portal and does it show no  friend referrals there at all?

for the 3GB bonus, you  sure you didn't use them?  Please open ticket with PM support and let them investigate further:
