Where do I ask questions about account billing
in messages it asks for a - send to -

used to send direct msg to support to personal account info ... can not find my old msgs anymore

what was your exact question?  If it is a general one, you can ask here, the Community of customers might be able to help

if not, you can open a ticket with PM.   Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
