Hello.

Our family signed up for 3 public phones on August 2nd with the help of an employee at a mobile store. We opened the public phone for my father and my sister and me.

My father chose 25 dollars a month that is 1GB data especially for first month 3GB and 30days free, I and sister chose 15 dollars that is 250 MB data and 100minutes talk and 30days free. All is unlimited received call-message.

I have questions as the man at the store didn’t know the public phones.

  1. Is the USIMs are free because we wrote the referral code of a friend?
  2. Is the second month all free because we signed up for public phones on August 2nd according to your promotion?
  3. Will we get 2 dollars off(discount) every month per device since we chose auto-pay?
  4. How do I check my credit card bill? Will you send me an invoice by email?                        we can use the phone now, but we don't know how and when to pay. Does your company send me an invoice by email every month? We can't even check your company's website for phones open.
  5. Where can we find our referral codes for my friends?                                                     Thank you.

@SeoyeonYun

  • you can also call 611 and it will tell you your expiry date and how much data is remaining
  • you should receive your $10 referral credit in 24hr-72hr.
  • you should already see an autopay credit of $2 in your account.
  • your free plan credit will be in your account before your next renewal date

if you do not receive any of these credits then contact customer support mods here

1. Some stores will give a SIM if you activate with them. The referral credit just happens to coincide with the cost of the SIM.

2. Yes.

3. Per account yes.

4. Check with the issuing services.

No invoice.

You selecting autopay will cause the required amount of your plan cost to be charged to your payment card at your second renewal. (your first renewal will already be covered by the promo).

After you create your self-serve account mentioned earlier, you can see most of your account details.

5. Upper right area of your self-serve page when you get there.

@SeoyeonYun , SIM cards are not free.  Some stores do offer free SIM cards though.  If you did not have to pay for it when you signed up, then you got it for free.  There was a promo that just ended where you get second month free.  I assume this is the deal you signed up for.

You get $2 off for auto pay for each renewal that you have auto pay enabled.  To check your payments, you have to login to the self serve accounts and check the payment history.  There are no bills provided for this service.  I suggest setting up your self serve accounts if you have not done so already.  Use this link.  Each line has its own online account.
