Open your phone’s settings and tap:

New APN settings
Verify the following field match:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220

Reboot your phone first and try again
check if you have any limit enable with mobile data. Many phone has such settings and blocked mobile data
since you can post here, you can use Wifi to connect to My Account using the browser. Access My Account https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca and check if you have used up the data
