Good Day- I changed my plan and paid for the changed plan. The funds were taken from my bank and according to this website my account and the new plan are active. When I try and use my phone I am told that my service has expired and I have no active plan on my account. I have already tried to reset my phone- and I have tried to contact support both through leaving a message here and through the phone. One hasn't responded and the other was "unable" to help.

@toothless, sorry to hear you are having issues. There is no phone support that is why that avenue "wasn't able to help". If you have already messaged a MOD you will just have to wait for them to get back to you as it is a first come first served basis.
