Good Day- I changed my plan and paid for the changed plan. The funds were taken from my bank and according to this website my account and the new plan are active. When I try and use my phone I am told that my service has expired and I have no active plan on my account. I have already tried to reset my phone- and I have tried to contact support both through leaving a message here and through the phone. One hasn't responded and the other was "unable" to help.

@toothless, sorry to hear you are having issues.  There is no phone support that is why that avenue "wasn't able to help".  If you have already messaged a MOD you will just have to wait for them to get back to you as it is a first come first served basis.  I am not sure what information you provided them but,  to send a private message to a moderator click this link.

In your message please include:
  • PM Phone Number
  • 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
    • account number 
    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
    • alternate number listed on the account
    • last payment date and amount
    • last 4 digits of the credit card
  • Detailed explanation
