We would like to add a second phone and transfer our landline phone number to the second phone. Can we do this smoothly?

each account is unique in PM system, you will need a new email address to setup a new account
to port the landline, get the account number from that carrier first. Then download the app on your phone and start the activation. Enter the account number for porting. And remember, porting from landline could take 3 to 7 days. During the 3 to 7 days, the PM sim card can make calls but not receive, landline will still receive calls until the port is completed
