if you make alot of calls to US from Canada, consider getting either the $50, $60 or $70 plan which includes unlimited calling to most Canadian and US number when that call originates in Canada.

If you want to use the phone while in US, you'd need one of the 10 Day US Roaming add-on options.

To be clear.. you want to call a number in the US while you are in Canada, correct? Not that you want to travel to the US and use your phone while there.

1000 US minutes for $15. Canadian add-ons stay on your account until fully used. They don't expire. They don't get re-paid. Buy once, use them however long it takes.

You can use either the 611 or the self-serve. You need to add money to your account and then buy the add-on.
