Buying add-on is a 2 steps process.  First step is putting fund in your account.  Second step is using the same screen to use the available fund to purchase the add-on.

What is the available fund on your account?

If the available fund is the same amount of the cost of you minutes add-on, you had completed the first step.  Use the same interface again to purchase the add-on.
