Hi so I did not realise/ wasnt told when i signed up for this that I could only manage my account from the online self serve so i didnt set it up right away,
I have list my phone and have a new one and a new sim but i cant access the portal due to never signing up and i cant sign up with out the text message,

thanks for the help i sent off as much info as i could just didnt include the newest SIM number,
72 hours thats sad but it is what it is for the price we pay

The only way is to message mods with as much info from your last sim as possible. Do they can verify the account. And your new sim number. Mods are replying in 72+ hours at the moment.
