i already did this and it removed the $ from my account balance and applied the add-on 2 days ago

@zaxxor I believe that @Nsk143 has identified the most likely cause of the issue you're having.  Can you please confirm that you completed both steps of the purchase process and whether or not you're still having issues?

Buying add-on its a 2 step process first you purchase add on and fund get transfer from credit card and add up to your pm account then you buy again same add-on from available funds. Did you follow this process ?
