@precious23  - where were you trying to activate the card?

Was this through your Self serve account under the sim change feature, or were you trying to activate a whole new account? If a new account, than, thankfully something failed.

Yeah you don't want to miss out on your rewards and any remaining balance you may have, especially if you have the old rewards program. As long as it has been less than 90 days since your account was last active you can just go in and change sim.

Don't activate. Log in to your account and use change sim.
