Hello, i want to activate a new service and transfer my actual number to Public mobile. I am stuck at stage 4 and they give me an error message. How do i activate the sim card and transfer telephone number.

Step 4 was payment , right? check if PM took the money from your credit card. If they didn't, try using the PM app to start the subscription
if you were using the app already and PM has not taken the money yet, uninstall the app, reboot phone and try Subscription again. It might help if you create a new login and start a new subscription with another credit card
