wont let me activation i did one kid friday now doing the other 2 kids diff email and all and get error code 821

@kadman69 - if your card was not charged and you did not pass the payment section, and ir you cannot log into the self serve account, which gets created during online activation, I'd say it would be safe to activate again.

Let them know you tried activating and received that 821 error.

yes i put pm sim in and i checked my c card no charges what is an IMEI # i put sim card number in same as i did for first kid only diff is i used visa first time and mastercard the second and 3rd time

@kadman69 DO NOT try to activate again.
PM could have already charged you
Error 821 is when you activate and requested porting , but you have entered IMEI number instead of account number of your old mobile provider
First try to put your PM sim in your phone, check if it connects to PM network and if you can make outgoing calls
Also, check your credit card to see if PM charged you already
