port from Bell, nothing working that around one hour how to line work

It sounds like the porting was not completed because you didn’t get/reply to the text with the Bell SIM in your phone.

Just call the Porting Department @hTideGnow pm.

Hi @ekart   when you put the Bell sim back into the phone, it is fully functional , right?

 

Maybe it is time to call PM porting department, they can provide you update and can advise what to do next..  Please check your inbox for the number

When you have the PM sim in the phone, can you at least make outbound calls ?

@ekart ok are you getting any messages like network sim locked I'm wondering if it is locked to bell

HI @ekart   Put the Bell sim card back to a phone and see if you get the text.  Reply YES to the text.  You might still have time within the 90 mins

no i am not getting any text but i take out Bell sim

HI @ekart   did you get a text from Bell to ask for you to approve the porting?  did you reply YES within 90 mins?

 

if you already pull the Bell sim off the phone, put it back in, you still have time to reply the text , it still within 90 mins if you only requested the porting an hour ago

 

Let us know if you see the text after you put the Bell sim card back
