I have a new sim which needs to be activated , last time i ordered I cancelled this connection , now can a take new plan with the same sim I have ?

then it should work.  Try agian.

or ask PM to check.  If they confirm it wasn't used but it does not work, they will send you a new one or reimburse you the costs for another one

but did you enter the sim can number to that plan you subscribed last time? if you did, even the plan was cancelled in the end, it was still "used" and cannot be used again

you can ask PM to confirm if the sim card was really never used, never registered on the system

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Download the Public Mobile app on your phone.

If you activated the SIM already though, you would need to purchase a new one, even if you used it for 1 day and cancelled it.

If you didn't activate it then, then you can proceed through the app and pick a plan.
