Every thing works fine except I can't send or receive pictures.  Can anyone help, please.

As soon as I put in ,mms after default in APN settings and restarted the phone everything went fine.  Waited a couple of weeks and switched my husband over without any problems as he has the same phone.  My son has also moved over to public mobile.  Thanks everyone.

Hi everyone, yes my data is on and with shutting phone down and restarting I am getting this message.  "Vcard attachment is uncompatible with other attachments.  Vcard attachment removed".  When at work today I could access the internet so I know my cellular data is working.  Any suggestions?

Is data working? Try going into your APN settings and set APN type to 

default,mms

@Suziecue  In order to be able to send pictures you need to keep your data on. Sending pictures will not use data but data must be on for you to be able to send a MMS.

Is your data working?

If not, enable data and restart your phone to auto-configure your APN.

You need data working before you can send and receive picture MMS.
