I am very upset as my acct was charged another payment of 16.10 as my acct was closed out in early Jan2023.I have been trying to have this rectified for the past 2 weeks but have had no response to my requests.I have ben going back and forth to different depts but to no avail this has been very frustrating to me and I would like to get this straightened out as soon as possible.I also would like you to check on the 16.10 that i paid and if I shouldn't have paid that please have it refunded to my Vsa.

How did you close out your account in early January 2023?
It can only be done one of two ways: that was quick
By porting successfully to another provider, or by removing the “enable” section in auto payment feature.

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.
How did you 'close' your account? If you did port number out, acc should be closed automatically. Did you remove autopay? Did you ask agent to remove your credit card from a file?
Another option for you is to talk to your bank and ask for chargeback since account is supposed to be closed and let bank handle this.

Sounds like you already submitted at least 1 ticket with customer support, yes?
Well, go back to you Inbox and find your message or into your SENT folder to respond to one of these messages to customer support to insist on a solution.
