i lost my phone and just got charged on autopay not knowing it was on so i suspended my service so i want my money back cause my service wads only renewed on 21 feb so i dont want tp pay for service i cant use

Sorry, PM is prepaid and likely won't refund the Feb 21 payment
But you are going to get a new phone and use the service again, right?

@emeliapavitt PM is prepaid provider and they won't refund if you fail to stop Autopay in time
But you still need to stop autopay for charging you further. Try to use *611 to stop it if you know your 4 digits PIN
if not, try to reset password and login to My Account
If unable to self-reset password, open ticket with PM support and they will help
