I've lost my login info and cant get into my account. I don't know the answer to the security question. I just want to find out my account number.

@Anonymous true.. probably that why OP wants it, then he no longer needs to reset the password if he found the Account #

I thought of that, thanks! I wanted to leave it open for the OP to respond in case we could/should suggest something else and avoid assuming anything and jumping to a conclusion. 🙂

@BlueB : The account number is really only needed for porting out. There seems to be no other purpose for it other than internals.

@Rosemarie1956 Not sure if you get the account number from the email in the end,
but I think you still should reset the password for My Account. You might need to do other things later (like updating credit card info)
to open the ticket, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Start by typing: Forgot log in information, then click "Co ntact Us" and Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
If you still have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS_Agent (but this can take longer):

Are you able to share why you only need your Account Number? I'm wondering if there are additional details you may need while getting this info- and if we should be focusing on a bigger solution of getting you access to your Self Serve account online? (ie. contact a CS Agent staff member)

I got an email welcoming me to Public Mobile but there was no attachment

When you originally activated, you would have received an email with a PDF attachment including your account number - see if you can find that.
Otherwise, if you don't remember your login information, then reach out to a CS Agent (staff) by opening a ticket via the SIMon chatbot (lower-right corner, chat bubble) or clicking here. Have additional information on-hand to be authenticated to get access to your account and find your account number.
