I’m trying to add my phone number. Going around in circles. Can’t verify my account. Resetting password. Still doesn’t work. Help.

It sounds like a weak wifi signal but first try clearing the cache and go incognito on a laptop or desktop before activating your network SIM.
Remember to keep your old SIM in the phone if you are porting your old number over to PM. You will be required to confirm to the text from your old carrier with YES. There is 90 minutes for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.

sounds like you have trouble accessing my account. Since reset password does not work, maybe you need PM support assistance to reset password or find out the email you used?
